I know this is an old thread, but I had to replace the drivers side mirror on my wifes 95 Cutlas Supreme convertible. I found the mirror on ebay at the best price and it fit perfect. I was surprised how may sources there are for this mirror. The instructions here helped a lot. I did not have to take the door panel completely off so that helped. I just replaced the rear window weather strips last week by following a thread on here. Thanks to all.

To the best of my knowledge there are 5 different racks available for the 1st gen cars (concentrating on GP's) the basic rack is 3 turns lock to lock optional racks are 2.75 turns lock to lock 2.6 turns lock to lock 2.4 turns lock to lock the *fast* rack is 2.25 turns lock to lock depending on what your cars year & options are will dictate what rack is installed for example... the rack in my '91 GT is the 2.4 rack
