    Hi everyone! I recently purchased a 1997 Regal GS from an older couple nearby. I bought relatively cheap because it had a broken brake line and needed some TLC. It has some issues that I'm working to sort out, so I thought I'd join the W-body forums to chat about the car and learn about it at the same time. Looking forward to chatting with the folks on this forum!

    Figured it out IAC. Idle Air Control Valve. I'm good with motors up to 1988, anything after that, not so much. Much Appreciated! I think this is the malady.

    Check the IAC and look for any vacuum leaks.
