ws6formula50 Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 Hi, I just bought a very nice 1993 GP LE 3.1 for my wife. I own a 1987 Grand National, it was my first turbo car. Now Im hooked. Anyway, I was looking at some pics of the TGP and it looks fairly simple to convert. I am out of my mind or is this correct? Is there a source for aftermarket parts for the crossover and such? god910 Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 Okay, what I would first suggest is not using a stock turbo, w/ minor work the GT28RS can be made to work. And it will give a ton better flow and primarily effeciency. Now, don't just take my word for it, as I don't have one yet, but Sunshine will be getting one when she's ressurected. A little off topic: How do you like the TE44? The 3800 Series 2 Turbo I'm slowly working on is slated to have a PT44E, I think it would match quite well.
