stockgp Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 there is a vert for sale locally with an overheating problem. the guy selling it tells me the body is in decent shape and the top is 5-6 years old. hea says it needs some rubber trim, and that's what concerns me. how much of this stuff has been discontinued. i don't want to get into a car that i won't be able to get replacement parts for. As far as overheating goes, I'd say it's the thermostat, mine had an overheating problem and it was the thermostat. I thought it was the fan clutch, but I was wrong.
