Guest One-of-a kind Cutty Posted May 12, 2004 Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 I just joined this site a couple days ago and so far all I see is that everyone in here has the fastest car or the most mods or the best upgrade or, or, or. I actually was crazy enough to think this site was a open forum for people proud to own a w-body GM. Instead I have seen that unless one is part of the "click" anything you say or type is greeted with 100% doubt or in cases outrite told "thats impossible" until inspected by their "compitent and skilled" scrutiny. I mereley wanted the chance to reflect and socialise with other proud owners. I'll stick to hanging with the ricers, at least they have a smidge of respect for other drivers and keep there mouth shut till the race is over. White93z34 Posted May 12, 2004 Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 yeah, you got our number.. we are just a bunch of w body drivin, heavy into mods, skeptics that will tear X person apart for no good reason, and how did you know that you stumbled onto our exclusive club? but all scarsam aside we are a very diverse group of people, you will have that with these cars, you got the people here that use them as family cars, you got people who drag race them, you got weekend cruisers, you got beater cars, i even seen some quite ricey cars here, you have the lumina haters, the lumina lovers, the gp haters, the gp fanatics, and just about any use for one of these cars as there are w-bodys. to clump everyone here as a eletiest clique is just ignorant. just because they are waveing the BS flag on the likely hood of your car beating whatever other cars it comes a cross does not institute us as a clique and word to the wise when your first several posts are in the race storys secton, you tend to loose credability. back up your claims which you so viemently defend with dyno charts and drag slips. Coming to realise that on here if you don't have a dyno sheet, a drag slip, video, photos and at least 35 reliable witnesses.
