dakiln Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 OK so I just replaced the LIM and front cover gaskets on my wife's cutlass and before I did it there was an idling issue. It idles fine in park and neutral but as soon as I put it in reverse or any drive gear the idle drops to about 250 rpms and I am coming up empty on ideas. I replaced all 6 injectors when I did the LIM and the IAC valve and it is still the same. I checked the trans wiring harness resistances based on the service manual and they seem to check out so I am looking for ideas. One thing I forgot to mention is that I tested these based on resistence as I do not have a tech 1 or a trans test box. 94 3100 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
