Look what I make with my new dome light switch... (pics inside)

I receive my news dome lights switch by j_mezz...

 

I decide to make some news goodies with that...

 

all stuff I have...

Remove the dome light

after one hour of labor .. lol and welding it's the result

and at the night, it's not representative on pic .. but 'live' .. it's 2X brighter of OEM light, OEM like yellow darkwhite 3500k - 4000k, LED was 6000K, bright white, I love it ! :D

Outstanding! Super-bright is nice, and using LED's you won't get the same heat build-up that probably burned out the original switches! I can definitely make new dome light lenses that can take the minimal heat that LED's throw off, the jury is still out on the original high-heat bulbs...

Very resourceful !!!

 

If you wanted to make some spare money, I'm sure you could sell some here. I'd be the first to order.

to sell de LED humm .. not sure, it's for specific compagnie.. I dont' now if we sell to particular...

Nice work, Im in the process of doing the same thing with the interior lights on my CS. What MCD are your LEDs? I bought a pack of 100 of Ebay for $10 and I believe they are 13000MCD.

Yes, candella. Micro means that they don't even measure one candella = not bright, at all.

 

I worked with LumiLed's LED's, for example, that are being used in OEM automotive equipment. VERY bright.
