I would get measurements of the pace car bumper first. Then buy a bunch of SL bumpers and modify them.

I have the bumper and it is sitting there...

I could make a mold off of it and make replicas by fiberglassing in the mold, but how do they make the plastic bumpers on our cars in the first place?

There was a small shop across the street from where I used to work in Ohio...They built jetskis...That type of place would have the capability of making a mold.

I want to. Since I have several cars to play with.... I think it would be ideal to make a facia that fits onto the existing bumper, covering only the lower portion. And would thus be compatible with multiple CS fronts!!!!

I would prefer it to be plastic and flexible... but I need to learn how. tips? thoughts? I don't really want to make a fiberglass ricey crackable facia.
