Mr.ChevZ34 Posted May 2, 2006 Report Share Posted May 2, 2006 Hey guys, I need to know if tranny parts off of a '95 Lumina w/. 3.4L DOHC will work on my '91 Z34 3.4L DOHC. I took my car out for a tour a few days ago to test out the new mufflers and did a smokey and as i was accelerating smoke started pourin out from under my car . Put her up on some blocks and crawled underneath to find a hole the size of a penny along with a crack in the tranny. It is the part that the CV joint on the passenger side slips into and it bolts to the tranny. Oh the tranny is auto and i was downshifting and upshifting.
