LukeZ34 Posted August 3, 2005 Report Share Posted August 3, 2005 They are referring to the lower peice of the front bumper cover on the 1989-1993 Grand Prix's. The valence attaches to the underside of the bumper and is prone to sagging over time. This sagging makes it easier for the valence to be broken off by careless parking or dips in roads. Lowering the front end of these cars only make the problem worse since it puts the valence even closer to the ground. Or, in short, you don't have anything like that to worry about on your cutlass.
