thomasjtsi Posted February 24, 2004 Report Share Posted February 24, 2004 Here's the deal, I have a 99' Lumina and I recently took the airbox and put an open air filter on in it's place. I was putting it on, and I started to brainstorm. What if I moved the battery into the trunk and ran custom pipe from the intake and put a filter into the fender. If you look between the battery and the fender, there is a big opening there. Then I could take a thin sheet of aluminum, (diamond plate or something) and seal the opening around the pipe.
