Im willing to spend 100 bucks or so on one. I would really like to build one for my Cutty.

I could hold one for a little while. I guess it depends on what they are going for by 8 tonight.

Same here. My Cutlass is running well, but it does have nearly 236,000 miles on it...would be nice, especially since I drive it daily, to have one on hand. :)

Knoxville to Detroit looks like an 8ish hour drive. It's up to you, I think it's worth it. I have always wanted to build an engine for my cutty, and a 0k new engine seems like the perfect starting point. For ported 96+ intakes and other goodies.

I put in a few bids on a couple of different engines. They weren't as cheap as they were earlier on in the day. Still a heck of a good deal.

Which ones so I dont bid against you?

I got outbid on half the things. I'm going to wait until the end to drop more money on them.

You can pretty much spot experienced LQ1 people...they've got most of a powertrain squirreled away "just in case"...which really means " whenit breaks".

It's pretty simple...

How much you got?

The bidding is getting fierce now.

What's the going rate for a new LQ1.

I want to know where I should stop at? :)

That would be the ultimate dream for a W-body enthusiast...an abandoned warehouse full of LQ1's, PM3's, and all the 5-speeds you could care for...
