NORBI Posted October 2, 2002 Report Share Posted October 2, 2002 I just wanted to know about how hard is it to put a Gen1 3.8 in a 88CS with 2.8, and would trans bolt in or i would have to get one from 3.8. Does is need a new subframe and all the electronic connectrors are same or different? I was thinking about it because my 2.8 has 191k miles and there is a time for every engine and then i would put a different engine in it but would like to know if that would fit wihtout problems.
