Heza Posted April 27, 2003 Report Posted April 27, 2003 ok, so here's the deal. i have a '94 grand prix that i use for autocrossing. it only has a 3.1, but i have done extensive engine mods instead of the 3.8 sc swap. the car handles like a dream, but want it to look how i've always wanted it to. it does not have the b4u appearance package, but didn't care because it had full records and 30k miles when i bought it last year. now i have the opportunity to get the b4u package for $500 and would like to know if anyone knows of anything that would help to mark the holes that i need to drill to install it. anyones' ideas or help on this would be greatly appreciated! thanks for reading!! -zach Quote
m6amba Posted May 1, 2003 Report Posted May 1, 2003 hey zach welcome to the boards i think u could use white out....or one of those old fashioned wax pencils....if u can find one.....good luck with the mods and get some pics... Quote
NOHC_WBody Posted May 1, 2003 Report Posted May 1, 2003 Personally, I'd go with a Z-34/GTP-B4U front bar with FUT front springs & an RHU rear monoleaf & the Addco 7/8ths rear bar, KYB's and poly bushings. I've already got myself the Z34 front bar & the poly doughnuts. I've got FUX's on the front my Gutlass now. I just need to get off my lazy butt and do the rest of it. Quote
Heza Posted May 2, 2003 Author Report Posted May 2, 2003 what are FUT springs? i have no real problem with my suspension techniques front coils. ideally, i'd like to pull the coil-over from 95-99 monte carlo and get the eibach progressive rate springs on all four corners. Quote
Robby1870 Posted May 2, 2003 Report Posted May 2, 2003 FUT is the RPO code for the softest front Springs and RHU is the RPO code for the stiffest monoleaf Robby Quote
