I would like to use factory springs but would like a better ride. Using the chart on the w-body main page as reference, I would like to go to a stiffer spring but use a lighter shock to help with potholes and stuff. Also how would I lower the car using factory springs??? My car is a 90' International w/ FUX in the front and RDK in the back....FE3 of course. Any suggestions.... pwmin Posted September 20, 2005 Report Share Posted September 20, 2005 you're fucked for what you want plus living in dc you could lower it by getting lower profile tires, but then you'll have wheel gap. there are other tricks, but they're not exactly always safe. youre not going to lower it and get a better ride, that's for sure.
