What do you think of these speakers???

Okay guys, when I installed my amp I had the intention of adding door speakers in my front doors on my 2 door Lumina.

Will these speakers work for me?? What are your opinions of these speakers? Should I buy them off e-bay (the price of ebay is like half the price I would pay in town here)

Will these speakers fit into my doors after I cut the hole in the door panel, etc. (Is there enough depth on the other side of the door)

I'll only be throwing 50watts/rms at them (50watts/rms each speaker) with my Clarion amp. My Kenwood 6x9s in the back seem to like this Clarion amp, so I hope if I buy these speakers they will work well with my amp

Thanks guys!

I have heard decent reviews about MB Quartz's speakers but not their subwoofers. I myself use CDT's and they would be my first choice if I had to buy components again. In case you are still debating I listed a couple of options for you here....

I found these for $199usd.....They are the larger version of the ones I use. And I love mine!

I've also heard good things about RE's components.......I know thier RE line should be arround the $200 mark as well.

Or there are the Elemental Designs 6000 series which are very similar to CDT components which are $150.....And I have talked to many people who have used these after switching from other brands that really like these.

Just some more things to think about..:D

as far as the install goes.....I'll let somebody with a similar car awnswer that one.

OH and I almost forgot........I would NEVER by car audio off of Ebay......Too many scams and I know a few who have been given stuff that blew within a couple days and of course no warranty!

there are sellers on ebay who offer warranties. iv'e bought a few things off ebay, always with a warranty.

In the case of my brothers amplifier, becasue it was shipped accross the border to canada all warrantys were voided.
