I have checked the front calipers and the right side caliper has play in the slide bolts. Should both the slide bolts and the bushings be replaced, or just the bushings? WhiteOut Posted October 15, 2004 Report Share Posted October 15, 2004 Both bushings should be replaced for sure, and the slide bolts should be replaced if they show any sign of wear (such as corrosion, pitting, or discoloration from heat).
