91cutty Posted March 28, 2004 Report Share Posted March 28, 2004 Ever since I got my car the recliner lever for the driver's seat has been a bit stiff. A couple of weeks ago it stopped working all together. Unfortunately the seat is stuck in the "all the way up position" which is really begining to piss me off and I can't figure out how the hell to get it to work. no1kicker Posted March 30, 2004 Report Share Posted March 30, 2004 Then I would say (in my not an expert opinion) that the mechanism is stuck, maybe it's rusted or something is jammed. I would try to look under the seat or take it out, it's probably only 4 bolts. That would be a good time to clean out all the stuff that's been hiding under there.
