Need some paint and body shop opinions/help!

Well, this past summer I was hit doing 45 in my RF side of my car, following the accident I had a friend of mine redo my front while I saved up money for paint. I soon plan to get my whole car repainted in a brighter white.

 

Now I have a few questions, If you look at the pictures of the accident does it look like I have any major frame damage? I was told no by one body shop.

 

Also, what should I look for in a reputable body shop because I need some body work done because of the accident.

 

How much should I look for the work I was quoted for somewere around 3000-3500. :x

 

Also, I'm basically restoring the whole car, so I plan to have a new motor put in the vehicle should I get it painted with the motor out of the car or in?

LOL, no I posted on EFI when it was still around, and I got hit by a Cougar (the t-bird style) the bitch was pulling out of somewere.
