Shurup, how is Your rebuild? Did You update Your website?

 

Everything is fine, but I work a lot and so little time left on the car. I painted all the components for assembly

Disassembled for washing brake cylinder. To connect the tubes to the front wheels, I decided to carve adapters

I plan to finish all the work and take a ride this Saturday.

OK. What kind of mastercylinder and accumulator do You have?

Where to find thats adapters, or You made it your self?

and what to do with ABS computer?

The system that I set no ABS. Master cylinder from lumina. I cut the adapter plate from the factory plate Lumina.post-6315-143689165961_thumb.jpg

We have a product here in Canada which is marketed by FMSI which is a copper/nickel/iron brake line, great for resisting corrosion,

 

as long as what you have there is a similar tubing (it sure looks like all copper) you should be safe.

Someone on the TGPForums suggested taking this route with a swap years ago. Nice to see someone else come up with that idea and actually implement it. This would be the way I would go if I were to vacuum swap a car, though I would use brake lines off another W' since access to them here is abundant and they're all relatively rust free. Shurup's location no doubt makes swapping lines from another W' unfeasible though. Great job on the swap. :thumbsup:
