5x115, or 5x114.3 is gonna fit as far as your bolt pattern. Offset/backspacing can be an issue, but I don't know what the measurements are

So a 5 x 114.3 pattern WILL fit? I assume you would need hub-centric rings with these?

 

Oh, this is for a '94 Olds 'Vert.

There are so many things to verify that it makes a person's head spin.

 

Bolt circle/number of lug studs

Hub-centric vs. lug-centric

Caliper clearance

Wheel width

Backspacing/offset

 

Don't forget to buy matching lug nuts--tapered, or straight-shank to match the wheel, in the correct thread size to match the hub.

 

Frankly, if the wheels didn't come off of a same-generation W-body, I'd be VERY suspicious of them fitting properly.
