The reason I ask is because I have some good 14" snow tires sitting around that I would like to use. I also have plans to upgrade the brakes to the later style ones. I have heard that when doing so, the earlier spare tire doesn't fit over the brakes. So, I am wondering if the 14" rims would have adequate clearance with the larger brakes.
