If I am going to change the fuel filter, should I use a fuel system cleaner (liquid in tank type i.e. STP) before or after I change the filter? Also, I've used B12 Chemtool/Seafoam on older engines, I'm thinking that I want to use it on the Lumina but it's pretty strong stuff...It's not going to damage gaskets or seals or hoses or anything...is it?
