94CutlassXtreme Posted August 16, 2006 Report Share Posted August 16, 2006 Alright so I just finished putting my 3100 back together with new plenum gaskets. Keep in mind it now has a new fuel pump, new reman ECM, new ICM, three new coils, new crank sensor. So I tired to fire it up. Cranks but no start. The fuel pump doesnt come on initially when I turn the key, but comes on for a few seconds after I stop cranking. Fuses are good. Fuel pump relay has always been bypassed. WTF?
