runt
What is the best way to get wax out of lets say, the front grills on the GP. When they detailed my car at the dealer before I picked it up, they probably buffed it (of course) but left a mess all over the car (duh). So, I am finally getting some time to where I can detail the car really well. I actually spent 1.5 hours on the front bumper yesterday....lol. Gotta keep it waxed so no buggies can stick. Anyway, I pulled the front grills off, and used a soft brush and got a good amount of it out, but not all. What can I do?
NOHC_WBody
Make sure you keep it lubed with brake fluid as well.
runt
I always thought I was to use Blinker Fluid for that application
NOHC_WBody
Nope, blinker fluid, especially the JDM kind just slings off at high RPM. Seriously, try some Simple Green or Orange Clean.
LukeZ34
If it's dried up wax, use a small toothbrush. Take the grilles off too, that should make it easier.
1990lumina
Gasoline (though it is getting expensive to go that route) mineral spirits, etc..
