hayyez Posted August 5, 2005 Report Share Posted August 5, 2005 I have a 97 cutlass supreme SL and i just bought a pioneer headunit and 2 6x9's and i wasn't sure if my car has 6x9, there are 4" in the front, i was wondering if anyone knows if there are 6x9s in the back, thx for the help! 1990lumina Posted August 5, 2005 Report Share Posted August 5, 2005 I think it has 6x9s in the back...but I've heard the Cutty's got 6.5" round speakers in the back.....it is best to look in your trunk and see. If they are an oval shape, they are 6x9, and if they are round, then your car has 6.5".... 6.5" and 6x9 were the only rear speaker sizes used by GM (I think) so if it is round = 6.5" and if it is oval, 6x9" Guy above me beat me tot he post....so this post is worthless lol.....good luck with the install man!
