94CutlassSLCoupe Posted August 15, 2004 Report Share Posted August 15, 2004 I got the speedo on my sister's (its white---not the one in my sig) '94 Cutlass Coupe (3100) which was completely stock with the 215/60R16's to do 117mph and it was running around 4700 rpm holding third...i believe it would have went faster if i didn't have to back off.
