turbostewhite Posted April 5, 2004 Report Share Posted April 5, 2004 I'm returning my STE's freshly rebuilt transaxle to it's home, and wondering what I can do to freshen up my stock turbo hoses, tubing, oil lines, etc...is there a reasonably cheap supply of aftermarket or diy lines and hoses out there?(I know...nothing about these cars is cheap...).I want to fix as much as I can before I put the cradle back on. Also, what's the best way to clean the inside of the turbo? It's just got soot, is carb cleaner okay? Or will it hurt the bearing surfaces?
