cstyle73 Posted October 21, 2002 Report Share Posted October 21, 2002 I was wondering if anyone knew if it was made out of aluminum or pot metal, and also a web site of salvageyards to find a used frame. GM wants to charge 1400 for the drivers side and 1600 for the passengers side. 825 for a back glass and 300 for a new seal kit. Dammmmm. Any info on cheaper parts would be greatly appreciated. cstyle73 Posted October 21, 2002 Author Report Share Posted October 21, 2002 It craked in the rear where it is pulled down by the hydraulics right under the small rear window. I was told that the vinyl top shrunk putting too much stress on the parts. It also cracked right behind the passenger side latch. I hope I can find one somewhere. I will drive within a 1000 mile radius and pick up one but the dealer down here won't get any of my money. Just when I was almost down redoing my interior.
