GP1138
Degreaser's a hell of a cleaner. We go through it quick at work. I love cleaning engine bays for some reason.
1990lumina
When I did my Lumina's engine bay last fall I used Simple Grren full strength on everything..let it soak in, scrubbed it down and hosed it off...dried to a nice shiney shine lol...but yeah, I lost the pictures when my hard drive crashes....they were posted on here at one time too..but solidstorage ALSO lost the pictures lol

5speedz34
That hood has been repainted hasn't it? Does it have the GM vin tag? I'm surprised its not rusted like every other W-body hood around here.

19Cutlass94
I got you all beat my hood is brand spanking new with fresh paint!
Psych0matt
Yes, I'm pretty sure it's been repainted, but I'm also 99% sure it was just a top spray, and that the underside of the hood hasn't been sprayed. Also, I don't think the car has been driven in the winter more than a few times, as the underside (aside from suspension and exhaust surface rust) is pretty much rust free. It was originally from florida
19Cutlass94
if it was a FL car, that would explain the top coat paint and the no rust
Psych0matt
elaborate, what does that have to do with the paint?
1990lumina
Posilbily faded paint from Florida sun

19Cutlass94
elaborate, what does that have to do with the paint? Almost all southern cars have faded paint from the sun.... Especially far south like Fl, Texas etc etc tec
Nick1234
looks good. Matt you should get some new pictures of the car. everything.
Psych0matt
If only I had a camera that didnt suck. it's either the camera on my phone, or a small digi cam that is no better than the one on the phone. If it's nice for a few days I'll maybe get some the end of this week, shes clean and waxed right now, but I need to get my taxes back to hopefully get my new shocks/struts
