Justin Posted March 1, 2007 Author Report Share Posted March 1, 2007 I don't think some states ask for mileage when you renew your tabs. I know for a fact ND doesn't. About the only time the mileage is reported is for a title transfer and that's only for a limited time. Most of my titles say exempt for mileage.
