Guest TurboSedan Posted May 12, 2003 Report Share Posted May 12, 2003 without boost an intercooler won't do anything for you. an IC cools the charge since the turbo obviously heats the air by 1) compressing it, and 2) incoming air will gain heat just because the turbo is hot and part of the exhaust system. putting an IC in front of your TB would be a restriction, so you'd probably lose power. if you aren't adding a turbo just try to get a K&N cone filter and place it away from the exhaust in front of the car or in the wheel well for cold air induction. joshua Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
