Calvin Posted June 21, 2006 Report Share Posted June 21, 2006 I throught I was being all smart when I grabbed a radiator out of a 95 Grand Prix to use in my car with the 3x00, since that's what it came with and the outlets and diameters would match up, but today I just went to put it in and it is WIDER by at least two inches (like 28.5 vs 30+) and doesn't even fit where the old one went! Why does a radiator out of a GEN I not fit in a GEN I car!!! What rad is the right width AND has the smaller diameter inlet and outlets? Calvin Posted June 22, 2006 Author Report Share Posted June 22, 2006 My rad is from a 95 VIN M car, my car is an 89 VIN W, and my engine is actually a LA1 from a 01 Impala....
