Ram_Air_GP/TGP Posted October 19, 2005 Report Share Posted October 19, 2005 I have a rough tgp and i am in the mist of restoring it. while working on the seats i discovered some numbers on the dash that are under the stering colum. they look like series numbers but i am not sure. Bossman429 Posted October 20, 2005 Report Share Posted October 20, 2005 If it matches the last 8 digits of your VIN number than it very well might be a sequence number. The trans for example on my car is stamped "LF######" that is the sequence number of the car, and thus would be what someone would look at to indicate a car as "numbers matching."
