cutlsp Posted October 20, 2005 Report Share Posted October 20, 2005 I know how to find a good ground point on a car but i have to remove some of the paint to make it have great contact. cutlsp Posted October 20, 2005 Report Share Posted October 20, 2005 Yeah the reason i did that i noticed my spare tire well holds a tiny bit of water and my carpet is normally wet after it rains i figured i would seal my ground so it stays good. cutlass1991 Posted October 21, 2005 Report Share Posted October 21, 2005 this might be a dumb question, but are the gains on your amp turned all the way up? I know I had that problem and I tried everything, rcas, filters, better grounds, etc... I ended up just turning the gains down until I couldn't hear the noise anymore.
