Guest TurboSedan Posted July 28, 2005 Report Share Posted July 28, 2005 the fuel pump pumps at a constant rate; whatever it is rated at. engine RPMs have no direct effect on the fuel pump. the FPR is what regulates the pressure. excess fuel goes back to the tank via return line.
