I was wondering because I got a extra set of stock exhaust manfiolds, and I wanted to know if anyone had any direction on how to do it? Intlcutlass Posted May 19, 2005 Report Share Posted May 19, 2005 I did it on the Fiero Formula..... Lay the gasket set over the manifolds so you know how much material to remove, and mark it. Use any combonation or grinding stones, dremel sanding wheels n such. I used a rotozip spiral sat with a 1/4 collar , and some high speed grinding stones from Home depot. I think a six pack was $6.00 Be careful NOT to remove too much material, and make sure you wear gloves and saftey glasses!!!! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
