EuroSedan93 Posted August 28, 2004 Report Share Posted August 28, 2004 Hey all, since i'm new to these types of cars I was wondering how the console peice comes off in the euro lumina to remove the stock deck? I'm transferring all my audio equip from my cavalier to the lumina, and I have no idea where to begin with the deck. Everything else i'm ok with. Speakers are practically identical to the cav. LukeZ34 Posted August 28, 2004 Report Share Posted August 28, 2004 It just pulls off.. I always started with the piece on the left side of the steering wheel. It's held in with compression clips, so it may require a little effort, but it just pulls out. But pull out the small piece on the left side of the steering wheel, and then that will leave you with a good place to grasp and pull on the other longer piece that goes across the rest of the dash. The radio has 2 or 4 7MM bolts holding it in. Remove those, and it pulls right out. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
