Robby1870 Posted May 28, 2004 Report Share Posted May 28, 2004 Okay, the bright lights always stay on on the STE when you turn the lights on. The stalk is stuck in the "Bright Light" position. However, the stalk still moves back and forth, but it doesnt click like it should. I had the steering wheel off to fix the turn signal switch yesterday and noticed that the black thing the stalk presses against has no "spring" to it. It doesnt click. I just took the 92 colum apart and noticed the piece on it does click. So, how do I replace this piece? TIA Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Z34door Posted May 28, 2004 Report Share Posted May 28, 2004 ok take off the two bolts that attatch the collumn to the dash........ you will see two 10mm nuts that hold the ignition switch on take them off and then underneat that you'll see 2 more 10 mm nuts on studs. take that off and it should be wiring from there Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
