what are aldl and where is it located??

ALDL is Assembly Line Diagnostic Link. It is a connector that allows you to plug in a scanning tool and get data from your engine computer(ECM). It is also where you can short two pins together to make your Check Engine light blink out stored codes.

 

On a Cutlass it is located under the dash near the steering column.

 

Er, don't you have a manual or something? Even Chilton's and Haynes have info on this...
