The BetterBuicks Posted May 26, 2014 Report Share Posted May 26, 2014 Hi Does anyone know if the Impalas or Grand Prixs suspension (specifically coil springs) are comapatible with 05 LaCrosse from the same time period? I want to lower my car about 1.5- 2" and I can find nothing on the web about lowering 05-09 LaCrosses. I am also running 18" wheels with 245/45/18 tires and of course don't want any rub. jman093 Posted May 27, 2014 Report Share Posted May 27, 2014 Anything for third gen Grand Prixs and Impalas would work fine. No idea about rubbing. The drop really isn't the problem. 1.5-2" isn't very much. Many of us, including myself, have run 4 inches no problem. It would depend on your wheel and tire package.
