I blew a bit of paint off my car with a power washer last month, and i know the only proper way to fix it is repaint the bumper. I was planning on just touching it up with touch up paint, but is there any better method to help it blend in more. It doesn't have to be perfect but maybe look good at 10ft

800 the first time to knock off the flakes and scuff it up, then paint it, depending on how the touch up paint goes on, 1500, then clear then 2000. and buff, also use dawn dish soap in the water.

Looks like it is down to the primer. No really good way to fix it with out painting it.

I would suggest what Anthony said. You will loose more paint when you sand it. You need a bigger area to blend t anyway.
