well then maybe paint them primer red. that way they look like rust at least. then you don't have to be labeled a ricer. and it would be porous like the metal they are made of.

 

fuck it just give me some regular old rust for added surface area. more the better.

I vote Silver that is the way I did mine somebody else said "Looks like clean metal" plus when they do get dirty they don't show the brake dust as much as a bright ricer color

I put VHT yellow on the fronts only... I don't know why it sounded good at the time. :o

 

It's all about the prep, make sure you get the metal clean. I learned the hard way when you take the "aw, should be fine" route lol.

 

And next time, it will be F-body fronts, silver all around. Silver looks clean!

IMO brake calipers on most cars look ugly as hell (cast iron with weird shapes and contours with extremely rough surface finish), so I wanted to hide them as best as possible, so I did them satin black. Pretty much invisible behind x-laces.
