per0781 Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 Only the CTS-V from 04-07 have the high oil temp issue from a false reading that's a signal/voltage issue. As for requiring mobil 1 for LSx motors, well the Castrol "Syntec" High Performance Lubricants Package was an option for 4th gen f-bodys from 98-00.
