How are you supposed to know if you ECM is BAD?

I've been trying to figure out how the heck one would be able to verifiy that their ECM was faulty? I mean, what if it's not producing any OBD error codes etc....?

 

I just am lost on this issue...

eh, sometimes they run and throw codes, sometimes the cauz the car not 2 idle right, run rough and/or other issues. No real easy way 2 tell if its your ECU unles ya swap it. what issues are u havin?

well then gmrulz4u, you have had 2 years to stir over this problem, so tell us how do you tell if the ecm is faulty? :lol: :lol:
