joeld Posted July 25, 2007 Report Share Posted July 25, 2007 OK guys, I take my hat off to you. I finally removed the Throttle Body to check for any carbon build up. And there it was, the port from EGR valve to upper intake was completely blocked. I really caused myself a lot of work by being stuborn on this one. Thanks for the help. Still don't understand why code 32 wasn't set instead of always 77? but anyway I've driven around town for 3 days now and all is good.
