PCGUY112887 Posted July 15, 2007 Report Share Posted July 15, 2007 Has anyone here ever put the DOHC injectors into a 3x00 engine? I ask because I plan to put them in my 3500 however after reading about how their spray pattern is 2 streams in a V shape... it makes me wonder if they will even function correctly in a 3x00 engine. PCGUY112887 Posted July 17, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 17, 2007 These are going into a modified 3500, the flow rate is what I am after... but after seeing someone test a DOHC injector and that it sprays 2 streams, vs whatever the 3x00 injectors do... it makes me worried that it will just spray fuel down the side walls of the intake.
