ctx46 Posted October 5, 2002 Report Share Posted October 5, 2002 over all both the head 96+ has more hp & torque. but that is also accredited to the newer heads (larger ports), upper & lower intakes, and the length of the intake runner's. so yes there is a bit of a power loss with the older setup, but not a whole hell of a lot of power loss.
