tloftus
Hey guys I'm trying to remove my front drivers control arm in the 93 Cutlass. I got the rear bolt out fine but the front one seems stuck and with the way the frame is I can't get a direct swing at it with a hammer. I've tried PB Blaster and letting it soak, putting a wrench on it and trying to hit the handle but the bushing seems to be taking all the shock and the metal sleeve inside the bushing is still stuck to the bolt. Anyone else have any luck getting this hog out? Thanks in advance! Tom
Supreme Cutlass
Leverage is key! just put something long over the wrench
tloftus
Thanks for the reply - let me clarify the issue some more. I got the nut off the bolt, and the bolt moves, but it will not turn inside the sleeve. When I turn it the rubber bushing twists so I can't get it to break free from the metal sleeve inside the bushing. Thanks, Tom
