Crazy K Posted January 27, 2006 Report Share Posted January 27, 2006 Shifting is controlled by the PCM. The switch grounds a wire to the PCM, which disables shift solenoid A, and causes the car to not shift any lower than second gear, without regards to manual gear selection.
